How would you describe your group to someone new that your are inviting?
We are middle aged married with children from the ages of 5-14.
What area of the city is your lifegroup located?
East Cookeville about ½ mile from Algood ( I think it’s East. LOL) Fisk Rd toward the High School
What are the desires of your group for outreach / community involvement?
We are very involved in helping individual needs within our group and the church. We also try to do something special around Christmas time. For instance, one Christmas we made fruit bags and treat bags for kids and their families in a local trailor park. They were low income families and we just felt the need to reach out in our community and let them know that they are loved.
How often & on what nights do you meet?
We meet on the last Sunday of every month, and occasionally we will throw in an extra Sunday afternoon into the mix.
